Facebook ads for $499 a month. We make the ads. You keep the account.
Facebook and Instagram ads for local businesses, run by our Gilbert team for a flat fee. We design the image ads and write every word. Your ad budget goes from your card straight to Meta and never passes through us.
Your name on the accountAds designed in houseMonth to monthFree audit for existing accounts: we'll show you what we'd cut first.
Your ad money never passes through us.
Two setups make an agency's real cost hard to see: ad spend billed through the agency's own account, and a fee that's a percentage of your spend, which grows when your budget grows whether your leads do or not. We use neither.
Billed by Meta to your card, in an ad account in your own Meta business portfolio. You set the budget. We work inside it.
Flat. Never a percentage of your spend. Covers up to $5,000 a month in ad spend.
Meta bills your card. The money never hits our books, so there is nothing to mark up.
You add us as a partner on your ad account. If we part ways, you remove our access and keep the account, your Page, the campaigns and the history Meta stores in them.
What we promise. What nobody honestly can.
We promise
- Your ad account is in your own business portfolio, on your card, and stays yours if you leave.
- You see what we see: your client portal and full access to your ad account, any time.
- Month to month. No long-term contract.
- We'll tell you when an ad isn't worth the money, even if we made it.
We won't promise
A number of leads, a cost per lead or a number of people reached. Meta sells ad space in a live auction against everyone else trying to reach your neighbors, and Meta decides which ads it shows. Nobody can honestly promise those numbers. Anyone who does is guessing with your money.
Nobody on Facebook is looking for you. That's the point.
Google shows your ad to people searching for what you do. Meta shows it to people in your area who weren't looking yet. So the ad has to earn the stop: the picture first, the words second.
Where Meta ads earn their money
- Planned jobs people think about for weeks: remodels, landscaping, pools, roof replacements
- Seasonal pushes, like AC tune-ups before summer or a pre-monsoon roof check
- Showing your work: real before and after photos from real jobs
- Reminding people who visited your site and didn't call
Where they don't
- Emergencies. Somebody with a burst pipe searches Google. They don't wait for an ad to scroll past.
- Slow follow-up. A lead from a feed is earlier in the decision and goes cold fast if nobody calls back.
If your work is mostly emergencies, start with Google ads. If people plan your kind of job, Meta earns its place.
We make the image ads. You film the videos.
On Meta, the ad itself does a lot of the work of finding the right people, and ads wear out when the same people see them too often. So the creative is part of the job, not an extra.
- Short clips on your phone: a finished job, a quick walkthrough, an answer to a question customers ask you
- No crew, no script. Real beats polished on Facebook.
- We trim them, caption them and size them into ads
No quota of new ads a month. We make new ones when the numbers say an ad is wearing out or a season changes, not to hit a count.
Meta leads go cold fast.
Meta can collect a lead without the person leaving the app: a short form, often filled in from their profile. That makes it easy to say yes, so some people fill one in on a whim. The business that calls back first usually gets the job.
So we use Meta's higher intent form, which adds a review step, plus a question a tire kicker won't bother answering. Or we send people to your landing page instead. We review lead quality and tell you which ads bring the good ones.
On any of our website plans, automated lead follow-up is included, so a new lead from your landing page gets a text in about a minute instead of waiting for you to get off a ladder. Texts and calls are billed per use, on top of the monthly price. How automated lead follow-up works.
The work, and where you can check it.
Here's what we do. You have full access to your ad account and your client portal, so you can check it without asking us.
Ongoing
- Lead quality review, and the ads that bring good leads get the budget
- Watching for ads people have seen too many times
- Budget pacing across your campaigns
- Audiences kept to your service area
Every month
- New ads where the numbers say an ad has worn out
- Landing page improvements
- A plain-English report you can turn on in your client portal: what you spent, the leads it produced, and what each lead cost
- What we're changing next month, and why
As it comes up
- Pixel and Conversions API tracking kept working
- Seasonal shifts: AC season isn't pool season isn't monsoon roof season
- Meta turns some automatic AI edits to ads on by default. We check which are on and switch off any that don't fit your business.
- Meta changes its ad rules often. We read them and tell you which ones touch your account.
What $499 a month covers.
Included
- Facebook and Instagram ads: campaign build, audiences, budgets and ongoing upkeep
- Image and carousel ads designed by us, every word written by us
- Your phone videos edited into ads
- One dedicated landing page, built and hosted by us
- Pixel and Conversions API lead tracking
- A plain-English monthly report you can turn on in your client portal
- Management for up to $5,000 a month in ad spend
Not included
- Your ad spend. Meta bills you for it directly.
- Ad spend above $5,000 a month. Bigger accounts get a custom quote.
- Filming. You shoot the clips on your phone and we edit them.
- Extra landing pages: $150 each, one time.
- Everyday posts to your Page and profile. That's our Automated Social plan.
Want Google ads too? Google Ads management is $499/mo, or both for $799/mo with one setup fee.
$299 once. $0 on a website plan.
It pays for the work done before Meta bills you a cent. Skip tracking at setup and every report after it is a guess, so tracking goes in first.
- 01
Audit or build
Already running ads? We audit what's there and keep what works. Starting fresh? We set up the ad account in your own Meta business portfolio and you add us as a partner.
- 02
Tracking first
The Meta Pixel and Conversions API go on your site before a dollar is spent, so every report is real.
- 03
Your first ads
We design the first image ads and write the copy. Send us a few phone clips of real jobs and we'll cut them into video ads.
- 04
Landing page or form
One page built for the job you most want more of, or a short Meta form with a question that filters out tire kickers.
- 05
Launch and learn
Meta reviews each ad before it runs, usually within a day. The first weeks show what a lead costs in your market. We tell you plainly what we're seeing.
Waived for clients on Launch, Grow, Local Demand Engine or Automated Social.
Job, housing and financial ads play by tighter rules.
Under Meta's rules, ads about jobs, housing, or financial products like loans, credit cards, insurance and mortgages run in a Special Ad Category. Those ads can't be aimed by age, gender or ZIP code, need at least a 15-mile radius, and get narrower audience options. That includes "We're hiring techs" ads.
We'll tell you up front if an ad falls in one of these categories, and set it up the way Meta requires, so it isn't rejected or restricted later.
Who this is for. Who it isn't.
A good fit
- Local service businesses whose work is worth showing: remodeling, landscaping, pools, roofing, painting, HVAC
- Jobs people plan for, or a season you want to get ahead of
- Someone can call a new lead back within minutes, not days
- You plan to spend up to $5,000 a month with Meta
Not a fit
- You need a promised number of leads by a date. We won't make that promise, and you should be wary of anyone who does.
- Almost all your work is emergencies. Start with Google, where those customers search.
- Nobody can follow up on leads quickly. Meta leads go cold fast.
Not ad results. How we treat clients.
These are from our website clients. Ads management is our newest service, so read them as how we work, not as ad results.
Sean and John have been amazing! My business website was not doing as well as it could have been and I received a free review and call to discuss the potential changes that they could provide. I was extremely impressed and decided to make the switch. … I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to update their website and get more leads!
Five star experience! Highly recommend! Complete redesign and expansion of my site, SEO, and more for 1/4 of what I was quoted elsewhere. They were fast, my site looks and works AMAZING, service was stellar. Can't recommend AZ Pixel Lab highly enough!!!
These guys created and manage my business website and we couldn’t be happier! They are extremely efficient and super easy to work with. The cost is very reasonable and affordable. I have recommended them to a few people and will continue to do so!
