Arizona Pixel Lab ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use azpixellab.com, why, and your choices.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit our contact or audit form, we collect your name, business name, website, email, phone number, and any message you include.
- Usage data. Like most sites, we collect standard analytics (pages visited, device/browser, approximate location) via Google Analytics, and our servers log IP addresses for security and abuse prevention.
- Cookies. We use cookies for analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser; core pages will still work.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and deliver the free audit you requested.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
- To understand which content and services are useful.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages (SMS) & calls
If you check the consent box on our form and provide your phone number, you agree that Arizona Pixel Lab may send you promotional and informational text messages and calls about our services, appointments, and offers — sometimes using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
- We use GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) as our CRM and to deliver the messages you've consented to.
We never sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in with anyone. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Service providers
We share limited data with providers who help us run the site: SendGrid (delivering contact-form email), GoHighLevel / LeadConnector (CRM and text-message delivery), Google Analytics (usage analytics), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data only to provide their service.
Data retention
We keep contact submissions only as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records, then delete or anonymize them. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard settings.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you submitted by emailing [email protected]. You can also opt out of analytics cookies in your browser or with Google's opt-out tools.
